Student Services & Medicaid Manager
Student Services Manager
Student Services Manager is a system that lets districts efficiently and effectively provide and track ARD services and address IDEA 2004 requirements.
- Track all ARD-related services
- Link to student’s Special Education Manager IEP goals and objectives, so services provided and associated notes are related to the student’s IEP
- Schedule individual and group services for one day or multiple days
- Access all records immediately, on-line
- Identify schedule conflicts between services across the district or coop
- Print a report identifying differences between what services are prescribed in the ARD versus what services the student has received
- Generate a report to show what service a student received on what day, for how long, and what was discussed in the session
- Track “Informed Consent” when public benefits are being accessed and when information is being released to outside agencies
- Track Parental Consent obtained in ARD for IDEA compliance
- Track information for PBMAS and other federal, state, and commissioner’s rules processes
Medicaid Manager
Medicaid Manager is a system for managing and filing eligibility requests and claims directly to Texas Medicaid Health Partnership (TMHP) for Medicaid reimbursement. Medicaid Manager links to Student Services Manager and ARD documentation so “Informed Consent” exists for claims, and claims sent in for reimbursement are consistent with what is prescribed in the ARD.
- Provides on-screen reminders to complete information on Medicaid-eligible students, such as having a referring provider
- Files eligibility inquiries directly to TMHP, providing current eligibility information for students; districts are no longer a month behind when determining whether a student is eligible
- Files claims directly to TMHP without third-party, percentage-based fees
- Manages transportation trips, and files claims only for eligible trips
- Files claims only for eligible students who receive services from eligible staff
- Files claims only for students with Parental Consent
- Adjusts claims for other services provided during personal care time, such as speech
- Places the required Medicaid numbers on all ARD forms
- Generates reports for providers to identify differences between prescribed services and scheduled services
- Providers print a report to sign indicating that they have provided the stated service
