GG Consulting has a single toll-free number for districts to use when they have questions or suggestions. You will be routed to those responsible for program development, training and testing, who can lead you step-by-step through resolutions for most issues.
GG Consulting technical staff can electronically export and transfer student records from the client's server to our offices and work directly on individual problems.
On most network configurations, GG Consulting technical staff are able to shadow users as they enter data or actually enter data from their remote computers via an internet connection.
Training
GG Consulting offers the initial training, as well as follow-up training, for districts and cooperatives that would like more in-depth training after using Special Education Manager, (SA)2, eS-BIP, (TR)2, or (SM)2 for a period of time.
Training can be customized to meet the district’s or cooperative’s needs so that they are able to take full advantage of all that these applications have to offer.
Conferences
GG Consulting periodically holds conferences to offer new user training, introduce advanced FIE, IEP, (SA)2 points, and present many other topics and informational sessions on new products and services being offered in upcoming months.
